BIOdyssey was launched - the first HealthTech innovation hub in Romania, founded by experts from Stanford University, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and University Politehnica of Bucharest with the support of the Romanian-American Foundation and the Romanian Ministry of Research, Innovation, Digitalization.
The objective of the program is to prepare students with entrepreneurial aspirations to develop their own startup in MedTech, but not exclusively.
Participants with various academic backgrounds are encouraged (e.g. technical, medical, design, business, administration, legal, etc.), one of the objectives of this program being the creation of multidisciplinary teams.
The structure of the program (practical activities, courses, teamwork, networking opportunities) is designed to contribute to the development of creative and innovative thinking, as well as the entrepreneurial skills of the students.
