Research: Two research institutes – CAMPUS and PRECIS

The Center for Advanced Research on New Materials, Products and Innovative Processes CAMPUS - 42 advanced research and innovation labs, spread over more than 8,000 square meters and connected in a complete inter - disciplinary technological flow, starting with the study of materials (chemical engineering), going to electrical engineering and electronics (e.g., circuits, antennas), power and mechanics (e.g., alternative energy sources, environmental protection), and then telecommunications, information technologies (e.g. multimedia processing) and computer science (e.g. artificial intelligence).

The Research Center for Smart Products, Processes and Innovative Services PRECIS - 28 advanced research and innovation labs, spread over more than 8,000 square meters. The research laboratories of PRECIS Centre focus on products, processes and services which include smart methods and technologies oriented to adaptive and innovative industrial processes, systems for increasing the quality of life, autonomous cognitive systems, on cloud services and the future of the Internet, the mobile smart society and digital medicine.

Both research institutes are also educational centers for undergraduate and postgraduate studies and e-learning.
